Wow, what a store very impressed with all the seasoning and honey they have. Friendly staff knowledgeable staff respectful staff. Never knew that this place existed was talking to a hotel worker, who told her about the Unity amish community market, and she recommended Marsh River Cooperative. Just a little distance from the community market, but we'll be worth the ride. I truthfully go to the Amish store for their woodwork products, but now I've found another store for seasonings.

This place is amazing. They have everything you need, most of it locally made/grown. They keep their prices reasonable, and staff/volunteers are super nice and helpful. To top it off, they have a great assortment of locally made crafts - pottery, art, jewelry, and lots more. It is definitely worth a trip into Brooks to support this gem.

Lovely coop, that reminds me of 50 years ago, yet with wonderful new foods and of course local dairy, meats, and produce.

What a sweet gem of a babe, tucked into the landscape like a collie would a flock of sheep into the safest corner of a meadowAlthough the gentleman just stared at me the whole time (I was the only customer), when I went to check-out he was very friendly and accommodating, and made me feel special. And then just about offered me his own personal fork when we couldn't find any plastic to-go kind, I pulled some Midwestern modesty and just ate dinner with my hands; highly recommended.I'll make sure to stop here on my way to visit my farmer friends, I'd be a treat to get a coffee, sit in the porch and act like a local.

What a wonderful place! We stopped here completely at random while wending our way home from a Maine vacation. Inside was a cool vibe and a variety of homemade food, beverages, and housewares, all very reasonably priced. And the cashier was incredibly welcoming and helpful. If you’re ever in Brooks, ME, be sure to stop by!

Best cider this side of the Atlantic (fit for a Brit!), fabulous store with wonderful food and surprizing treats. Plus..hard to find REAL milk (has not been messed with.) Friendly people, great place.
