I have never been inside this store but I DID order a Greek Fisherman's hat from them online for my father-in-law (size 58!) and by golly it arrived in the mail in Missouri 4 days later packaged wonderfully! What a terrific find! My FIL has been looking for cap like this for ages (he served in Canadian merchant marine and wore just such a cap many days of his life!) I can tell you, this was a surprise to discover, when it was shipped, that this was a little lovely shop in Maine. 10/10 service the quality of the fitted cap was exceptional. Will update with a photo of my FIL wearing it when I have one! Nice work!

The store itself is super tiny and expensive, but if you visit you'll realize that the store is only a portion of what's in the area. I gave the 4 stars mainly for the campus that this store is located on.

Store is a nice collection of books to purchase as well as wooden boat model kits t-shirt sweaters hats many other items. Some more unique items for sale or selection of hand woodworking tools. The employees at the store very helpful and kind. They encourage you to walk around the grounds to see the boat building classroom shops as well as venture down to the waterfront to enjoy the view and even picnic there with your lunch if you like.

Very nice store at the Wooden Boat School. Pricey, but high quality and interesting items. Also worth walking around the grounds - don't forget to walk down to the waterfront!
