“What a little gem we stumbled upon hidden away just west of "downtown" Stonington! A neat little shop hidden behind a house on the waterside. A nice selection of books and gifts as well as some artwork. Not all the usual junk found in a lot of tourist traps. Yes there are things like post cards and playing cards but a nice selection of books and some cute Christmas cards also. It was formerly a blacksmith shop and had been in the family since 1902.”

“I have never been inside this store but I DID order a Greek Fisherman's hat from them online for my father-in-law (size 58!) and by golly it arrived in the mail in Missouri 4 days later packaged wonderfully! What a terrific find! My FIL has been looking for cap like this for ages (he served in Canadian merchant marine and wore just such a cap many days of his life!) I can tell you, this was a surprise to discover, when it was shipped, that this was a little lovely shop in Maine. 10/10 service the quality of the fitted cap was exceptional. Will update with a photo of my FIL wearing it when I have one! Nice work!”
