Not good. I asked for a particular trim for my dog, and what he received wasn’t even close. I went there twice. The first time the groomer was very cold and seemed miserable to be there. My dog was hesitant to go in. I have never had a problem with him going to the groomer. The second time I went in, he cowered behind me and crouched in fear. The groomer took his leash and dragged him, sliding him across the floor to the back. She didn’t even try to talk nicely to him and make him feel comfortable. NEVER going back. I’ll make the drive to Fryeburg for him. He walked right in with his tail wagging there.

If there were no stars I would do that. I am absolutely disgusted with the extent of damage done to my **********. ******* has the absolute worst personality. Not one smile and I don't believe she looked at me once while I was trying to explain to her how to cut his hair. She obviously did not listen because all she did was completely shave him. A BEDLIINGTON COMPLETELY SHAVED!!!! i wanted to cry. His face was still dirty, his nails were not cut, his ears were wet, his tail was still in knots and what was left of his hair was not \

The owner is a total badass. Cute little shop and makes sure all the dogs know who is leading the pack. Will certainly bring Bossette "Lady Boss" back to get more lessons and of course grooming

we've brought our dog to 2 groomers prior to bringing him in to wicked wags today, and I will say I was so much happier with how he looks! He also seemed to have enjoyed it! I think we've found our forever groomer! 10/10 recommend!

Cute little shop that cares about their clients. Jumped in for a quick nail trimming for my dog and was in and out. Definitely will bring my pets here again

I love Wicked Wags! She is great with both of my dogs and my 7 bunnies! I feel so much more comfortable with her trimming all of my animal's nails than me trying to trim them myself! She is very patient and she has lots and lots of knowledge about animals! I would definitely recommend taking your animals to her! ????
