I had an sports injury last year and had to receive medical treatment. I provided all the documentation requested to cover expenses and no payment has been made. Its almost a year since this happened and I am in the same place as day one. Its ridiculous.

I will never attempt to work with this company ever again. Nightmare! Non-payment after approved treatment and stall tactics that should be illegal. This company is so unethical it's disturbing.

From provider's office: This company is the worst and you will never get paid for providing emergency services under workers compensation. Stall tactics, loops, nobody answers the phone. I've submitted every detail possible and they have stopped responding.
