It is my first time getting prescription glasses. I found out I need another test to order online, and was told when I called to go back and go to Optical. I had an eye exam the previous day at the Vision care in Brewer ( they were great ). I asked if it was where I had the eye exam and was told no Optical, so I assumed it was out front. The roman I encountered was so rude. She kept asking me in a snotty voice if I was getting an eye exam. I kept saying no, and she rolled her eyes and I just walked away. I work with the public and would have never been so rude especially to someone that needed help. That woman needs a lesson in manners, some empathy, or a different job. I would not recommend that place to anyone.

I have gone to Walmart several times now for glasses. The glasses are at a fantastic price! I was able to get two pair of glasses for the cost of one pair at my eye doctors office. She broke her glasses at one point, and I was able to bring them in and had them repaired at no cost within minutes. They are quick, professional and provide great service at a great price!

Called asked for help lady was rude. Same as last time bout 4 years ago. Get new staff.
