Called Brewer Walgreens, My prescription ready. Surgery on neck 1/24/23 On hold hour and 38 minutes. get to the store Pharmacy closed it is too cold out. Brewer made a mistake when the filled the first script. insurance would not let them refill it. Brewer only Pharmacy that can straighten itout. I went to Broadway. they can not fix brewers mistake. Broadways Pharmacy was warm enough for pharmacist to come to work. It was warm enough for everyone else to come into work at Walgreen. just not warm enough for the Pharmacist.. You can buy greeting cards, mascara, valentines candy. But not the Meds that Walgreens called to tell you was ready to be picked up. Yu would thigk that the size of Walgreens when they can see the error Another store should be able to fix it. NOPE LET THE PATIEN SUFFER THE WEEKEND THROUGH THE PAIN. On a good note the manager of brfewer Walgreens did say we are sorry. that was right up there with suck it up buttercup.

Put in a print order at the Broadway store. Their printer was down so the order was cancelled. Called Walgreens customer service and they said they were forwarding the order to Brewer. Called Brewer a few hours later to check in and they said that orders can't be forwarded from Broadway to there so I had to re order online. Got the email that the order was ready for pickup. Got to Walgreens and instead of my multi page document being bound and with a cover it was loose papers stuffed in an envelope. The salesperson/photo tech said that they didn't even know that Walgreens did binding or anything like that, because usually it was just one page documents people printed. They said that they didn't even get instructions for the print order, like the fact that the binding option was selected. Major disconnect between the store and the website. They did offer to discount the cost of the binding and the cover since I didn't get those services. But we had to guess what that amount was, because they had no breakdown receipt showing what each service add on cost.

For two days in a row I have been on hold with the pharmacy for over 20 minutes. Don't know what the issue is but that is not good.

My appointment for my second Covid shot was at 10:15, I was there at 10:05 to check-in. Several people in front of me and a long line behind due to the length of time it was taking to check each person in. They need to streamline the process and train people appropriately on the registration process. I received my Covid shot at 10:50. Also, the room where the shots occur could be nearer and less disorganized looking.

a lovely cashier bamed Barbara, i wish i could find her and thank her for being such a doll. one of the most helpful, sweetest, and just beautiful type of person you don't find these days.. help me find my Barbara. she works at this store.

Privacy nightmare. I asked about WG use of my private data & the pharmacist provided me a form to request that they restrict use of my private data. The request was formally rejected & included a policy memo including the following quote... "... not every permissible use or disclosure will be listed in this Notice." BLANK CHECK ON USE OF YOUR PRIVATE DATA. You might as well livestream your every visit including all your private information straight to the hackers. It's only a matter of time before shopping here costs you your credit or worse, as they cannot provide assurance of the security of your data to all the corporations they sell it to.

I could not figure out if I wanted 5 Stars or 4 but I make it a rule NEVER to give 5's whether it is food, movies, or so this is the TOP. I went to Walgreens in Brewer because I was forced to by my PDP insurance from my smaller hometown pharmacy. Didn't feel good about turning to 'big box store' but the savings to me was very significant and couldn't be ignored. One of the BEST choices I have ever made. All the pharmacy staff are great and go above and beyond helping me. Taylor, Brandon, Kristen, Lexie and, yes, I know that many on a first name basis. I also apologize to the others who are also great but whose names have slipped from my old memory. I have never used such a flawless phone system for ordering refills and the options for how you choose to do this has something for everyone. Rx are filled in a very timely manner and I have never had an unpleasant experience in this store. All those 'up front' are very helpful and pleasant too. I was recently told Walgreens is taking over the RiteAid in my hometown but will continue to go the 17 miles to Brewer to continue with these great folks. One of my best experiences and surprises ever.
