The team at VIP in Brewer are exceptional. They listened, problem solved and gave me the time to really explain both the situation, and the urgency of fix. They explained to me what the options were and got me on the road within an hour with confidence. While there I heard other conversations happening with other customers and each were receiving the same treatment. Truly impressive group on Brewer!

Brought 4 new tires and rims, had them put on and they crammed them in over the calibers anyway knowing they should have said they didn’t fit!

My family is sincerely grateful to VIP. This company really does care about customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to make things right for my son. A special thanks to District Manager Kenny Bridges for his excellent communication and willingness to help us. Also, to Brewer Manager Jordan and mechanic Sushi for their fast work in getting the car fixed up within a day. Everything accomplished was done professionally and with courtesy. We will be letting others know that the VIP in Bangor (Stillwater Ave) and the Brewer locations are both trustworthy and exceptional. Thank you!

We visited Maine for the holiday, and had to stop (at the very beginning of a 5 hour drive to Boston!) due to a leaky tire. We picked VIP over the other tire centers on the same main drag because they were conveniently near the highway, had our tire brand, a clear and easy-to-use website, and great reviews. They were able to get to our car quickly even though we were walk-ins, and they had us patched and on our way in about an hour. The shop and waiting area was clean and all the staff were really friendly and communicative. Definitely a good experience - thanks for getting us safely on the road!

The team at VIP Tires and Service really helped a traveler out of a bind. Had a blowout on our travel trailer, and they were able to quickly get my wife and I back on the road. Thank you guys very much. Much appreciated.
