Best UPS in the state

Edit: the response from UPS was to direct message them on a social media platform. Not the website they made me sign up for to file a claim, not the useless service number that disconnects after telling me the package is on hold for a bad address (fyi after posting this my auto subscription of cat food got delivered to the same address no problem, original package is just in the wind). So thanks UPS, I was glad that instead of the two other service points I had to deal with your tip was to go on a neat scavenger hunt through social media! Keep the package, it's clear that you don't understand customer service or just feel like you don't care. I cannot stress enough about how terrible your handling is and how I would rather have dog sleds in charge of packages before id let you handle another box.I've had thousands of packages delivered to my house and suddenly I'm seeing a package on hold because the street address is unknown; the address is the same one we received other UPS shipments too. Thankfully the automated phone system tells me nothing and hangs up after telling me nothing. I've cancelled my prime membership and will literally do anything possible to get the word out about how bad this service has been and how I would rather walk to a store 30 miles away than trust UPS to manage the delivery. A wildly disappointing experience with this company.

Why are you only open for an hour for pick ups. What if people work

I ordered two womens crewneck shirts from Amazon which was being delivered by UPS. We watched the guy Deliver a flat empty package on my back deck which was already opened. Nothing in it. By the time I got out to the doorstep he was in his SUV and gone. You could tell the package was empty just by looking at it.

Hours at Brewer are inconvenient—UPS repeatedly changes my address on my packages to a nonexistent address, which delays my delivery for up to 10 days at times. I prefer Fed Ex and the postal service and would not shed a tear if UPS closes its doors???

The double front door unlocked but inside door locked. No signs on site denoting hours. Prepaid for postage, just needed to drop off. Pretty poor customer service providing no signage to hours, etc.

I called UPS customer service multiple times to address an issue of technical incompetence (or perhaps driver laziness). My address is clearly marked where my driveway meet the street. However, in the four or five times I have used UPS, your driver(s) just can’t seem to find me. You should know that FedEx gets it right every time. All you had to do was put me in touch with a human being on the phone instead of a robot. We could have resolved this, and you could’ve kept my business. But you obviously just don’t care about rural people.I have tried for weeks to resolve your failure to find my home. It’s on Google maps and Apple Maps — and FedEx has found me every time.Since your customer service isn’t even set up to fix these issues when they arise, I refuse to do business ANY vendors that ship via UPS. I am notifying these vendors as we speak.Your profound incompetence and your absolute refusal to address it is absolutely incomprehensible. When you go out of business, you will know why. Your customer service communication is absolutely inhuman.Take some responsibility for your obligations to do business correctly with people. And you might be able to maintain a few positive customer relationships — though it may be too late because you have burned a LOT of bridges.UPDATE: UPS responded right away to this review and urged me to connect with them on social. I absolutely refuse to do that. I have wasted upwards of half a day on the phone and Internet with their customer service people. (Fool me twice, shame on me…) If they cared at all, they would call or email — which they simply refuse to do. I have accepted the sad reality that UPS simply can’t afford to provide even bottom-of-the-barrel service to people in rural states.

DO NOT use UPS as a carrier for any type of perishable food items. For a month they have delivered late which caused me to replace meats and cold sensitive produce items. I just found out my food box will not be delivered at all.I signed up for a food subscription box to help save time and money, since I just started college and don't have extra time to shop, and money is a little tighter. UPS cost me more money in this last month, than the cost of 6 food boxes.Beyond the poor service, the day time manager I spoke with was rude, condescending, and absolutely refused to work with us to come and pick the up our boxes. I'm so thankful I requested my subscription service to block UPS from ever delivering my items again.

Don't use ups in maine. I lost 2 packages in one month that we're tracked to brewer maine terminal then got lost[stolen]....when is loss prevention going to terminate these scumbags? I never ever had a problem with ups until I moved to this state..use fedex or usps.they are trustworthy.

My last 3 packages have not been delivered for in correct address. My address is correct. They’re open 1 hour a day and near impossible to get a hold of. UPS is terrible in this area.

Package was marked undeliverable due to the wrong address. I double checked and the address was correct. I called and got unhelpful AI and inept person. She said it would be delivered the next day, but it was not. Tried calling again and there was no record of the previous day's call. Worst communication ever - why does Amazon use them for anything? Had to have package sent to a friend's house. Ridiculous.

Loses packages, doesn't deliver to clearly marked addresses and the customer service center is open for one day. Avoid UPS with every fiber of your being

Hate seeing my package get sent here on the tracker. Cause I know its going to be an extra three days to deliver it 10 minutes. They should really let you pick it up with proof of address.
