Hours of operation are 9am to 10am. And you can't get a human on the phone. Thid place is a joke.

Apparently the supervisor instructs drivers to either hit the dog or jump on a persons vehicle if they're approached by a dog.
Their driver walked past 7 no trespassing signs 100 feet down a driveway and jumped on the hood of my truck when the dog approached.
He ignored multiple beware of dog signs.
Claims he was told by his supervisor to do that or hit the dog. Then tells me he doesn't need to be scolded like a kid.
Yea buddy maybe you do because now my truck has scratches all over the hood and you're walking around with the attitude that it's OK to hit dogs.
It's all on video start to finish. That apology went out the window after the driver told me he's instructed to hit dogs.
Some things you just don't do in this world and yes it takes people like me to educate you why you don't do those things.

DO NOT BOTHER CALLING. It is answered by an idiotic AI who sympathizes with your desire to be assisted, but insists that you will talk to the robot." There are no humans here. We specialize in ticking people off, and in that respect, are delighted to assist"
The reason I called is that your truck drove down my woods road despite the DELIVERIES IN BIN sign, knocked down a tree, and broke one of your windows. I was hoping I could help you STOP DOING THAT because it's expensive and dangerous. Your AI phone system is sorry it couldn't help, and is happy to continue knocking down trees and breaking windows in the future.

Am handicapped. NEED ALL my deliveries directly to my home address. New system UPS logistics linked with expects me to go to various USPS offices to pick up myself — despite directions made at point of purchase. I cannot physically go to local USPS locations, especially when they expect this handicapped person in Maine to pick up in HUMBLE, TEXAS as I was directed to do once. This help line is useless as it DOES NOT PROVIDE A WAY TO REACH A LIVING PERSON! UPS has always been wonderful until now. Even UPS drivers and USPS managers cannot help me as they don’t understand it either. I NEED HELP!

Never had a problem with packages being delivered here until the last 2 days. Day 1 I watched the driver stop at my neighbors house, honk the horn and drive past my driveway as I stood there expecting him to pull into my yard. I get a message they were unable to deliver to my address. Day 2 I call customer service first thing, get told they would correct the problem. A few hours later get a message the package getting sent back to seller because I didn't pick it up. Never told I had to pick it up. Delivery remember. Guess they don't have to worry about broken farm equipment and it's importance. I do.

I keep getting messages from UPS saying to schedule my package delivery, after going through all of that, then they ask me for $1.95 to cover the rest of the postage

Edit: the response from UPS was to direct message them on a social media platform. Not the website they made me sign up for to file a claim, not the useless service number that disconnects after telling me the package is on hold for a bad address (fyi after posting this my auto subscription of cat food got delivered to the same address no problem, original package is just in the wind). So thanks UPS, I was glad that instead of the two other service points I had to deal with your tip was to go on a neat scavenger hunt through social media! Keep the package, it's clear that you don't understand customer service or just feel like you don't care. I cannot stress enough about how terrible your handling is and how I would rather have dog sleds in charge of packages before id let you handle another box.I've had thousands of packages delivered to my house and suddenly I'm seeing a package on hold because the street address is unknown; the address is the same one we received other UPS shipments too. Thankfully the automated phone system tells me nothing and hangs up after telling me nothing. I've cancelled my prime membership and will literally do anything possible to get the word out about how bad this service has been and how I would rather walk to a store 30 miles away than trust UPS to manage the delivery. A wildly disappointing experience with this company.

I ordered two womens crewneck shirts from Amazon which was being delivered by UPS. We watched the guy Deliver a flat empty package on my back deck which was already opened. Nothing in it. By the time I got out to the doorstep he was in his SUV and gone. You could tell the package was empty just by looking at it.
