Am handicapped. NEED ALL my deliveries directly to my home address. New system UPS logistics linked with expects me to go to various USPS offices to pick up myself — despite directions made at point of purchase. UPS delivered a LARGE package to my house on 4-15-22. It was pouring rain. The item was an expensive mower. I wasn't home...the driver took the time to lug it to my barn and put it in there!!! Then left a friendly note on my door!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU MADE MY DAY!

Hours of operation are 9am to 10am. And you can't get a human on the phone. Thid place is a joke.
