No complaints about the quality of the service, but it's typically not the 10 min oil change as promised. The car in front of me today took 23 minutes, then they serviced someone else that got their after me. All in all it took me 45 minutes to get my oil changed. They said they were "running slowly" today. Just add a buffer so you aren't counting on it only taking 10 minutes - make sure to set aside 25-30 at minimum.

Always have a great experience at Brewer Prompto. Friendly staff. They didn’t carry my air filter, they told me if I bought one they’d replace it for me free. Highly recommend. For fast, great & professional service.

OK, mistakes happened and it did. oil canister wasn't tightened enough. towed car to dealer so I didnt ruin anything. Got a rental, and the car done at dealer and submittes bill to.prompto. within a week and a half we received a check in the mail from prompto. things happened. I did something very similar years ago.
The entire staff are really good people and the manager was awesome as well. I would reccomend them
