Well typically I don’t pick out a store to bag on but Bill pushed my button today. My friend and I went into the store to ask for a power steering stop leak. I asked Bill who works at the store what the best product is, and his original first comment was to replace the power steering line. By the way, Bill, that’s not what’s leaking. Thanks for your opinion. I asked again for the best product available for a power steering stop leak, and as we walked towards the products (that by the way he did not know off the top of his head) he pulled out money and threw it on the ground to exaggerate how we are wasting money buying a stop leak product. Again, thank you for your opinion that I didn’t ask for Bill. I just need to put something in there as a temporary fix. I can appreciate store associates having an opinion, but at the end of the day, I know they wanted nor asked for bills opinion I simply wanted to put something in my friends truck that would prolong the need to replace the part today. Bill I want you to know that I’ll never be back in that store. nor will I recommend anyone ever go deal with you. Thank you very much for pissing in our cornflakes first thing this morning.

John the assistant manager was awesome , he even went that extra mile to mark the gaskets I got , 100% appreciate these guys, if your struggling to find a part call oriellys in brewer, they will have it I assure you.

Had to pick up a part we checked on the day before, Lexi the counter person took care of our order, made an exchange, returned a core and it was super quick and painless! We are always using this store for our automotive needs!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!I went here on Memorial Day, the VIP service was closed but the O’Reilly shop was open. I was here to fix the bumper on the side, where the attached was broken. Jimbo and Alexis were at the counter and they helped me. Jimbo suggested me a good and strong kind of epoxy which could fix the problem. He was patiently explained to me how to use it and he even came out and helped me / showed me how to fix the problem. He was extremely patient with me, experienced, helpful and knowledgeable.HIGHLY recommended this place. Thank you again Alexis and Jimbo for your friendly, fast and helpful service!!!
