Would not recommend. Unsafe. We were trying to find a new studio in Maine and reaching out to the studio with basic question. Showers. Cost. The studio owner "Terry" didnt introduce himself, was cold, unwelcoming, and doesn't mind sharing personal information without consent.I am always searching of new studio and teachers to learn from. The locations are not safe, from the people holding signs asking for money, to people shooting on the street; reminds me of the ruff parts of Tacoma or Chicago. Was hoping to find the wisdom of yoga and community but was brushed off and man-plained. This is a business with instructors , not teachers practicing the Yamas, like Ahimsā nor Dayā. The "Om" sound of universal harmony is not here.Simple suggestion, don't false advertise Acrobatic Yoga pictures if it's not offered here in 10 years.

Friendly trainers, a good set of physical exercises. In Brewer there’s a problem with parking, it’s always packed since shared with other businesses.

this is my 1st experience with yoga. I just love it. Roople is very encouraging to us newbies. I feel like I can face anything the day gives me when session is over.

I've wanted to try Yoga for a long time and in January with a good friend, I finally did. Having suffered with shoulder and knee pain as well as recovering from four surgeries, I was a bit worried about my ability to do Yoga, get the benefit and not injure myself. Now, in the middle of March I can say, I'm stronger, have little to no pain in my joints and the best part, I feel so amazingly great. Kasia has been my instructor from day one and I love how she cues and the war

2 years ago I moved to Chapel Hill, NC and I have not been able to find any yoga studio(s) as magnificent as OmLand. Every class I have ever taken there, whether hot yoga or yoga basics, I get everything I need and more! The instructors are fabulous and the atmosphere is everything I want when I go to a yoga studio. The orono and Bangor locations are beautiful and peaceful. I never got the chance to go to the Brewer location but I'm sure it's gorgeous. I miss OMLand so much and hope to some day pay a visit the next time I'm in Maine!
