Stay away!!! It's not the store staff but the corporate management! The new owners are not allowing us to return an extra couple of boxes of flooring. They always used to allow it but the new corporate owners are too cheap and are putting all store employees on commission and they can't even take credit cards now. What a mess!!! Stay away!!!

After ordering samples, they called to follow up and answer questions which was nice. Calling before 8 and waking me up on my day off was not. Flooring looked great, I did all my research, told them what I wanted and how much. I called to place the order and it was out of stock and discontinued. Rather than calling 4 times (unnecessary), maybe just make sure the product I am inquiring about is actually in stock. Back to square one. I wish there were more stone/tile-look LVT options.

Excellent Customer Service and product availability.
Lots of different styles to choose from. Wish the store were more visible! I didn't even know they were there until someone suggested them. Worth a visit if you are looking for flooring. :)
