This place is a joke. They are selling kids pants from Target for $4. They’re $5 at Target. They sell dollar store items for $2-$6.

Don't waste your money at Goodwill stores. The majority of thier merchandise is donated.(free) But yet a pair of used pants is 15.00 dollars. Tell me why I would continue to shop here. Company web site claims their profits are put towards "support efforts" but after some research the number of people "supported" is miniscule , under 200k people and only helped where deemed fit by Goodwill. Feed some hungry , shelter some homeless, especially when I can go down the road 5 minutes and buy a pair of brand new pants for 10.00 dollars. This doesn't add up and we as a society shouldn't allow it.

Too crowded, too expensive. I am sorry, but when I can buy new for 25% more, I'm not buying used stuff. And then asking people to round up their purchase price to the nearest dollar is a bit much considering how much of goodwill profits go to the pay of the executives.

It's a shame it used to be the best goodwill in the area but now everything is bad quality and overpriced. Bathroom is also constantly disgusting.

Never thought when giving away clothes people would be so rude!! Two blonde women employees came out when I was reading the sign outside the donation and yelled “no dumping, no dumping! Get out of here!” disappointed the store wasn’t open until when the hours said til 5pm online.. only to show up and have a sign on the door that says closing at 1pm. Unprofessional employees!!!

DO NOT DONATE HERE ANYMORE! Good will should be called greed will. They are ripping eveyone off. I encourage you to use google lens or reverse image search any item there to see they are selling it at a higher price than ebay or Amazon…. Donated items selling at a higher price than brand new ones….Help out the little guys on eBay and Amazon before you help this greedy corporation. If it says “hand picked” on the tag, just know some uneducated random person who thinks they know what they are talking about makes that price. They have no concern of discount they just match the highest price they can find online and knock 5$ off…I will no longer shop there. There’s a few other great thrift stores in the area who deserve your business. Not good will bangor or brewer though…

Many broken lego pieces.Several obvious non-Lego products deceptively hide in the middle of a bag.Several heavy non-Lego items secreted in the middle of the bag.Several filthy piecesI was told by management they were doing better, hence my faith I would not be scammed. However this bag was a mess and I was cheated. I did not see the no refund, but it speaks to how absolutely crooked you are. Goodwill are scammers do not get scammed. I will be reporting this to regional.

I love the huge selection of books, knick knacks and clothes. Reasonably priced and every day offers a different colored tag that gives you a discount. By far my favorite Goodwill store!

Used to be a good store where you could occasionally find a bargain. Today stopped by and anything worth anything is $15-$20 for no reason at all. I can understand wanting $15 for a used $80 item, but a beat up plastic Christmas wreath box? They are $16.97 at a hobby/sewing store brand new. just ridiculous.

Prices are ridiculous. $5 for junky used toys? $10 for a used dress? They must be out of their minds!

If you need anything from here just go to Walmart instead. All the items here are more expensive than buying new.
