I have had nothing but great experiences purchasing cars from Downeast Toyota over the last 20 years. They take care of their customers and really help you find the right car for you. Their service is top notch and they never try to oversell you on things you don't need. I can't recommend them higher for your car buying or service needs.

Sam was fantastic to deal with. He was able to obtain the car I wanted and get it to the dealership in great time. He kept me informed with delivery dates and updates along the way. This was my 4th Toyota purchase from Downeast, wouldn't go anywhere else!

As usual, I received excellent response from the Downeast Toyota sales department in pursuit of another vehicle. All the staff are very cordial and professional. The staff at Downeast has been consistenlty outstanding since I started doing business with them in 2008. I trust and highly recommend Downeast Toyota for sales and service.

Very pleasant experience. Didn't feel pressure or that the salesman are like sharks. Answered all my questions, were happy to show me around. My sales person Chuck was very very nice and helpful! Felt very honest and not like I was forced to buy something I didn't want. He definitely helped me get into the vehicle if my dreams! All around completely nice experience that was thoughtful and showed they had my best interest at heart. I'm probably the only person who buys a car and cries but they were there to comfort me when they didn't have to because my last car was connected to my father in law who's no longer with us. Never felt rushed, bullied or pushed by any staff members. Lovely crew. Thank you all so so much for helping me!

I caught a nail in a tire while on vacation 1500 miles from home and without an appointment they serviced my vehicle within about 3 hours despite how busy they were. The team was courteous. Nice looking dealership as well.
