The tag removal is not bizarre. It is called a “tag transfer”, in other words the tag was transferred to a replacement vehicle. Your mentioning of the tag is a clear distraction attempt.The only thing bizarre here is why anyone would ever give an untrustworthy shop like yours a chance.Regarding the bumper, I didn’t “try to blame the tow company”. The reality of the matter is that AAA informed me that the bumper was lost while the vehicle was in transit in AAA’s custody and care. This is EXACTLY why AAA reimbursed me for the cost of replacing the bumper in the amount of $1964.42. The transaction date was 8/4/22.Your mention of the bumper is yet another distraction attempt.The Bank of America dispute team confirmed on 11/23/22 at 3:20pm that you did in fact send them what you are now denying having sent them. So now you are doubling down on your lies by denying documentation you sent to Bank of America.NOT GOOD.FurthermoreI am thankful that I will never make the mistake of working with these people again.

I had an amazing experience here this afternoon! Was able to get my car in ASAP, the price quote was accurate, and the bill came in at the lower range of the quote. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, just told me straight up what needed to be done. No "used car salesman attitude" here!
