Excellent service and allowed us to get vehicle to qualify for factory bumper to bumper warranty. Couple minor fixes. A small used car dealer with quality vehicles. I would highly recommend.

They mount tires at a cost people can afford plus they check your cars safe at inspection time but don't pick it apart just to get business they are great family business not with good values and don't rip people ofg

I purchased a car from Roy's Tire & Auto two months ago. I was told it had a brand new inspection sticker and the oil had just been changed. After driving less than 500 miles I checked the oil and it was dry. Sent them an email, and they said they may have forgotten to do the oil change that was promised to have been done. It hasn't been an issue since, but I wish I had known that I needed to add some oil before driving it so long.
The brakes have also been scraping which I noticed a few days after the purchase. Took it back so they could be checked and repaired as covered by the 30-day warranty, and was told that they fixed a wheel bearing or something that was causing the issue. The brakes are still scraping.
Since then, I have discovered that the exhaust needs a $1300+ repair. It is broken in several places and very rusty. Not sure how that could have passed an inspection. I have also had to replace/repair the serpentine belt, a headlight, and the heat shield which started to rattle like crazy. Too many issues for a car I have barely had for two months. Unfortunately the warranty has expired so I don't see a reason to contact the dealer for assistance.
I just hope other potential buyers take this into consideration, or at least get their cars thoroughly checked before buying from here or before their warranty expires. The owner and employees were very nice, and I truly hate to leave negative reviews, but I wish I had gone somewhere else.

Do not buy a car from Roy’s buyers beware we recently purchased a car from Roy’s and when we went to the mechanics they told us that Roy’s sold us a unsafe vehicle that did not pass inspection they knew about the all the problems the car had never fixed them or felt the need to mention them the car has over 2,000 dollars in repair that they will not fix they don’t even want to fix inspectable items now they are trying to say the car was sold as is which it was not they basically robbed us and don’t want to fix anything so beware there are other reliable dealers like lake city exports Jon’s auto mart pray’s auto also not to mention when we went to see it the car didn’t start and we mentioned it needed a new alternator and they tried to say it didn’t until the matter was pushed then they agreed it was a alternator then fixed it. They will rob you and hide true problems just to take your money.
