My packages that are supposed to be delivered to my residence are never on time and the customer service is horrid I plead with management to rehire people who want to do there job

Usually there shouldn’t be any issues with going to a post office but we absolutely dread going here because the women working here are the rudest people who walk the planet. Anything from snarky comments, eye rolls, and huffing and puffing for having to look for a package. Please consider rehiring new nicer people.
