We are an older couple, late sixties. Life long bikers, but the hills are getting to us. We do back woods logging roads mostly. These bikes are simply marvelous! The staff were over and above wonderful, helping us find the right bikes for us. There's a bit of a learning curve, but it quickly beame second nature. Would highly recommend this team, Roger and Kevin, should you be thinking of taking the e bike plunge.

My niece and I are older riders and we stopped by Pedego to ask for some clarification regarding our planned ride in Boothbay Harbor. Keven warmly greeted us and took time to review our plan. He then made an alternative suggestion which turned out be a far better option than our original route. Perhaps recognizing our ages or simply was concerned that we could err while on the ride, he offered a map of the route and marked the specific turns and landmarks to ensure the success of the ride. In addition, he offered use of the store restroom for us to change before we embarked on our adventure. Finally, we even provided us with his telephone number if we needed assistance. We need more Kevin's in our world to make it a better place!

What a great experience!!! After coming to Boothbay harbor for our entire lives we found there were some spots we had never seen. Riding around on a the e-bikes made everything so accessible while being slow enough to actually get to look around and enjoy the sights. Roger is so friendly and was very helpful in getting us going. The bikes were super easy to use and handle.

What a unique way to experience Boothbay Harbor! My family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and two adult friends took the Joy Ride with Mysterious Harbor Tours. The tour took us on beautiful winding off-the-beaten-path roads through wooded areas and along the scenic coast. Owners Roger and Lisa were wonderful- and guided us patiently at every point along the way. They even went out of their way to help us plan our overall visit in advance giving us restaurant recommendations and activity suggestions! Thank you so much, Roger & Lisa!

Such a great place! We were excited to ride bikes through this beautiful town, and the kindness and enthusiasm of the two gentlemen working at Pedego really made our day! They offered a digital and printed version of a scenic bike route that took us to the most stunning places and amazing food stops! They also we so nice while we were in the shop setting us up with the bikes, it really made us feel welcomed to Booth Bay. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a memorable and positive experience while in town.

My friends and I rented e-bikes from this Boothbay e-bike rental company and the service and bike quality was top notch! Loved the QR code that loaded a cell phone map for the scenic bike ride.

I cannot speak more highly of this bike shop! I do not have access to a car to commute to work and was looking for a good ebike alternative that could get me through all four seasons. Roger, Kevin, and Blake all had helpful insight and spent a long time getting me set up with exactly what I needed. They were thoughtful and generous with their expertise. They care deeply about cycling access on the peninsula and are working on making it safer for everyone (which means a lot to me as a daily rider on these narrow roads!). I am so happy to have this bike shop in town!

Roger and Kevin were INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly. They were very careful and generous with their time in order for all of us to rent the right bikes that suited us the best. Their advice about which routes to take was spot on. Renting from them added to the whole biking experience in Boothbay.
