I was visiting the town and dropped off two packages at this location. But I missed some documents on the packages. Mike called me and make extra efforts to help me print and prepared the proper paperwork to make sure everything went smoothly. Not only does this amazing stow handle packages large and small, they sell hand-dipped candles, notecards, and so much more. It’s a huge benefit to the Region.

Since recently moving to the area, I’ve used Coastal Shipping at least a dozen times to date. Every time has been an excellent experience with friendly, helpful staff and packages that seem to arrive faster than the previous shipping places I’ve used prior to Coastal Shipping (Staples, UPS store, post office). And a bonus—nice little gift shop area. Highly recommend this place.

Sent two chocolate apples from Renys and two jars of Stonewall Jam. They did box it. Sent normal shipping. Cost $42+!l Regret that I did not receive receive receipt, Or indeed an itemized receip[. Doubt that I'll return.

My husband and I needed to have a couple of small notices laminated with a laminating machine, as they were going to be outdoors year round and out in the elements. Jen was very friendly & accommodating and gave us exactly what we needed. I have used Coastal Shipping many times over the years, and always find them welcoming and friendly and eager to help. Now, in light of the restrictions brought on by Covid, they have set up a protected, easily accessible outside area for drop off at their new location just outside Boothbay Harbor on Route !. Mike the owner is always so pleasant and makes the mail back returns quick and simple. I highly recommend them for any of your shipping needs.

Excellent service - we needed help packing and shipping a large number of books (of sentimental value) and a telescope during the pandemic. Jen was courteous and kind while following social distancing, so we were never uncomfortable. She took extra care in packing everything, and all was received back in CA in perfect condition in one week. I highly recommend them to take care of any shipping needs.
