Sale items came up on sale flyer. The only thing is not enough product in store to buy. The family dollar in bucksport manager he was a total price. None of sale items came up and then proceeded to say it had to be a product all the same to get sale. NOT TRUE. Blue hill is the best. Lady there worked with me and we checked price etc. She needs a raise.

Love this store. But won’t return to blue hills store. A taller heavy woman with blonde hair and glasses working behind the register but wasn’t actually working the register, was so incredibly rude to us coming in. She spent the entire time glaring at my beautiful granddaughter. Had short responses to my questions about the area and even rolled her eyes at one question I had. Someone needs to teach her customer service or put her stocking shelves away from customers. She wad beyond friendly to male customers i did notice though.

Every time my boyfriend and I go in here this heavier chick with glasses and a lip ring will practically run to the front of the store to flirt with my boyfriend. It’s become a joke to us, but we are about to have a baby and she’s almost stalkerish. She will follow us out to the parking lot so she can say “have a good night” to him and see him get in his vehicle. The messed up part is she isn’t even the cashier who cashes him out she just runs up there to see him. She gives me dirty looks and makes us both feel uncomfortable, it’s really pathetic and unprofessional. We have decided to start ordering the things he goes in there for online to avoid her, he was trying to go in when she doesn’t work but that doesn’t seem to work either.

Beware of return policy bait and switch. Policy on counter doesn’t match what they actual do. I was assisted by Thomas the assistant store manager who was unhelpful, unprofessional and limited in his ability to assist me or resolve my issue. I final had to ask for corporate phone number. Also be informed that you will not get a live person at customer service line. Leave number, maybe they will call back. Terrible policy. I will take the drive to Ellsworth from now on.
