“The people who work at this location were very quick, helpful, and pleasant. I'm only taking a star off for the layout/building itself, which can leave a little to be desired. The sidewalk leading up to ATM is bumpy/dangerous and not very handicap accessible. (unless your chair/walker is capable of handling rough terrain) It also lacks a drive through window, as the other local bank has, which would also help with accessibility. Other than that, though, my experiences with this location were pleasant and easy.”

“Came into the Bingham branch today to get help finding records from a while back. Staff were very helpful and understanding of my situation and got everything I needed in a timely fashion. Kaitlyn, Courtney, and another lady (I didn't catch her name) were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process. A big thank you to these ladies for their assistance and patience with my request! I much appreciate the time they took to make sure everything was on point. Wonderful job!”
