Brought my watch into have it sized up everything was together including the two extra links that came with watch new when purchased, after watching her beat on it with a hammer for 5 minutes and losing the pin ends I left very disappointed. Even worse the watch was not put back to the condition in which was given to them nor was the extra links. Won't be back.

I went there to see if I could find a not so common engagement ring for my now fiancé. From the minute I walked in the door I was politely greeted and given a lot of useful information about rings and stones . They began the process of helping me find what I was looking for, and within a few minutes I had a few to chose from. Finding something that you want to be exactly what you want is hard and yet the ladies there found it in merely a few minutes. I purchased an antique platinum ring with a 1.5 carat diamond . I was expecting to pay way too much for a rare ring and yet was pleasantly surprised at the price. I want to thank you ladies for all the help making this and easy yet memorable event for me. I have gone back a few more times since and purchased more . Top notch people and service

Be very careful if you are trying to sell anything here. I tried coming on different days to see different people but they severely lowball offers on coins. I was offered $25 for a coin that I sold to a different shop for $450. They will lookup coins and price against the lowest possible sale in the past few months even if the coin they are comping to is a fake coin.
The staff is very nice, but they are not knowledgeable at all about prices and have offered some scary low numbers on multiple occasions. I feel bad for the unknowing customer trying to sell a coin here

Super helpful and friendly professionals. Have gone the extra mile in sizing multiple rings, multiple times. Looking forward to picking up the last ring being sized presently and know it will be done perfectly. Will go back. Maybe shopping next time. And would definitely recommend to friends.

Don't bring your graded coins here not even a fair offer 2 1878 cc morgan dollars graded by pcgs one ms62 the other ms63 offers me 600 for both ya let's sell one and give one for free typical just trying to take advantage of people during the holidays this place lost my business permanently how insulting of an offer

The elderly man was very disrespectful to me. You can be kind when saying no to someone. Told me $700 when I wanted to purchase something. I only had $680 in cash with me. They told me if I paid cash I would not have to pay taxes but I was just $20 off. The guy told me he was done with me, it was no longer for sale and he would rather scrap it than sell it to me. Nice young lady working there. I feel bad for her that she has to be subjected to that kind of a toxic environment.

A1 place to both sell and buy fine gold and silver jewelry and coins. The staff is above par in customer service, and the owner has you covered with his vast knowledge of all things gold and silver. As a bonus they have served the community on the same block at the same location for many many years. Much more than a pawn shop. Go for the gold and silver, stay for the museum of beautiful things you never knew existed.

My family has been going here for years to have jewelry repaired. Quick turn around time for having something repaired and reasonably priced! They’ve got a great selection of jewelry to choose from. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Can’t wait to go in an find my son the perfect chain next!

The only pawn shop that is trustworthy, the work with you when you don't want to lose your belongings. The employees are all so verykind, genuine, and helpful. I've never had an issue. But I do miss Tank he was throne who always was there to help me especially my first time in the shop
