I went into the Biddeford store on a busy holiday weekend to seek help with the Ryobi leaf blower I purchased there two years ago. The assistant store manager, Steve Newell, went out of his way to help me solve the issue all while efficiently dealing with a very busy Customer Service line. He is a knowledgeable and capable manager and will keep this customer coming back for all of my home project needs.

I needed help lifting bags of compost and soil as I have a back injury. The nicest woman in the garden center not only helped me to pick out the various bags of garden soil, she also accompanied me to the register, brought my purchase curbside so I could pull up my car to load the bags. A nice gentleman helped too. They were upbeat and friendly and I left with a smile on my face thinking how nice and helpful they were. I highly recommend shopping here!

They have pick-up lockers but don't use them. You use the App to arrange curbside pickup and they never come out. The pick-up desk inside is chaos. Lowe's in Sanford a bit further away, but a better shopping experience by far.

Went to paint section about a mold killing product and then a primer for our oak wood kitchen doors. We visited three times 2 Mondays and one Friday to try the suggestions of Karin.
First we sanded the doors and used a mold killing spray spray but that did not resolve our problem so we used the mold killing primer. Today we went back to pick up paint.
Thankful to have gone on a day when Karin was working. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
A five star rating from us.

Writing 5 stars for excellent service by employee Peter. He was going off shift when I stopped him for help getting sink down from high shelf. When he wasn't able to find someone quickly, despite being done for the day, he took the extra time and did it himself, then took even more time explaining how to install. Stellar customer service...I can see why he has been named employee of the month multiple times. Give this man a bonus or a raise!

Not alot of bargains, they were out of 2 items, we were looking to get. Salesperson on the floor, helpful and well majored. Self checkout, went smoothly.
