Very poor service. Even after the two customers left the store no one asked if they could me or even say "Some will be with you in a minute. I felt invisible. I went there only to return a modem. I was treated so poorly a rudely I left the modem and walked out. I guessed the people working never got training regarding working with the public.

The people here are really rude. They never do their job correctly so I find it odd they have an attitude when they clearly are doing nothing right. I recommend going to the one in Saco

I went in today to upgrade my phone, and after kindly taking me through the process and answering my questions, I was told they couldn’t process my order and I needed to do it online. They had the new phone there and ready to go, but the computer told them they couldn’t sell it to me. After asking why and speaking with two people at the store, all I heard was that they couldn’t sell it to me, and they would not investigate why. After leaving the store and calling customer support, I was told there has been a problem with order processing at multiple stores. Could the men at the store have looked into this and found out the same information? Instead, they just kept saying “the computer won’t let us; sorry.”They had no interest in figuring out why their computer system wasn’t working properly. That’s Spectrum for you - taking the customer out of “customer service.”

I am a long time Spectrum customer, overall I was satisfied with their service the biggest problem was the price just kept climbing and climbing. I did eventually find a provider that was about half the price. i called to cancel service. i was asked if I wanted to cancel now or if I wanted to cancel at the end of the billing cycle. I asked if it would be pro rated if I canceled now and I was told it would be. I asked if i could get the amount due right then and close my account and I was told that it would update in the app within two days. it never updated so I called customer service. I was told it was a monthly subscription service and if i was told it would be pro rated, a manager would listen to the call and call me back within 2 days. Never received a call back so one week later I called and talked to a manager. Monique very rudely told me she would not listen to the call and my only choice was to just pay the bill. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told she would no escalate and would not offer any further assistance. I has service for 11 years and was not late on my bill once. I am sick and tired of these big companies lying to custimers and just doing what they please. I paid my bill and will never do business with them again. I would really be careful doing business with this deceptive company. best wishes

Well I was confused at first going into the building. But you are supposed to sign in at the kiosk when you go in. Did not know that. Everyone was staying in line right at the door but they had seats everywhere so I decided to get out of the way and go sit down since they call your name when it is your turn anyway. Spectrum needs to move everything around there to better customer service. Maybe an individual to let customers know to sign in at the kiosk and have a seat or look around while you wait. But once it was my turn service was exceptional. Just a bad vibe as soon as I walked in the building. Change the setup is all.

Total incompetence by the entire staff, including the manager. 5 long appointments. 5 times being told "all set" (for basic setup).5 complete failures. Too exhausted from the horrific experience, I don't have the energy to gibmve details. Go ELSEWHERE if you can!!!

Store reps that are not helping customers should talk with each other quietly and not right next to a rep that is helping a customer so they can hear the quiet rep also reps should be trained better to go over the bills and when someone asks for a channel lineup so they can reduce their bill. If they can't do that maybe I should go to Verizon or another company.
