“We moved cross country from SoCal to Maine and were driving an RV with cats and other essentials. We did not have a home yet, and needed a place to ship our cars. Prime took possession of the vehicles from the shipper and stored them until we arrived to take them. We had some difficulties once we arrived finding a place and Prime gave us a good deal on a small unit to store the stuff we had in the RV, while we stayed in a hotel.Easy online payment and easy access to our stuff. Pleasant staff. Good communication. Good rates. 10/10 would rent again. :)”

“This storage facility is the best experience I’ve had renting storage units since 2019. Due to the pandemic and the uncertainty in the rental market I have rented at four different facilities. From the beginning Chandra was efficient and professional during all our encounters. I reached out via email and was able to go in the following morning to discuss the rental, secure a unit, review and sign a contract shortly afterwards. The unit was in pristine condition and although I only rented for a few weeks I was able to access the property easily and without any problems. If you’re in need of storage space whether short or long term this company is very organised, clean and always available to meet your requirements. Signs are clearly displayed in the front of the facility in the event there are issues when the office is closed. You can tell the owner and all staff take pride in providing this valuable service, something lacking in other places.”
“Staff is nice, place is clean and safe plus not noisy. Very reasonable prices. Just avoid going to get things on hot summer days when the wind is going a certain direction, the seafood factory near by.”

“Jane and Bill were so great dealing with us while switching our unit to a bigger one. They did the best they could to get us as close as possible. They made sure we were happy. We've had a unit with them for four or more years and they have always been really great. The things in our unit have never been damaged and the spaces and lot are always clean.”
