This is the 4th time I've ordered....and the food is just not good...got a chicken cesar wrap...the chicken was dry and hard...and the lettuce inside the wrap was all brown...won't try again that's for sure

Really disappointed- such a promising menu with some unique offerings. This used to be a "go to" stop on my way to Hills Beach for many years however, the quality has gone downhill while their prices increase significantly. The service was snappy and rude as well. I hate to say that this "star" of a sandwich shop has lost it's sparkle - and me as a customer.

The price is never the same. Prices they charge don't match the menu. Breakfast sandwiches when premade have had hair in them or undercooked. We ordered the other day when there wasn't any cooked sandwiches ready. The man went to the register twice never washed his hands and went back to touching our food. The store sold and the service sucks now. Done with this store. We have stopped for breakfast for 5yrs or more every Saturday on our way to work. Not anymore.

I went in today bought a slice of pizza and a donut came out to $5 but the guy running the register I believe the owner added $3 to that thinking I wouldn't notice. So $8. Look at the screen and make sure what you bought adds up to the total because the guy manipulated the price. Made him change it back because I called him out on it. Place went downhill

The food I bought was pre-made and in a warmer so maybe fresh made is a better experience.The items I bought were cold, according to the slip they were sitting for about 2hrs, still full price though.The prices are cheap but not totally unreasonable, had the food been fresh and hot it probably would have been worth the money.I will try ordering something next time and hope for a better result. I have talked to others that enjoy their food so it's worth giving them another chance.

We ordered two pizzas last night and they were delicious! The place is under new management as of November 2020 and the new crew is so helpful. We live in GRB and it was so much more convenient than going all the way into town! Highly recommend this place!

The owner would not serve us breakfast sandwiches past 1030am. There was no one is the store and he wasn’t doing anything. It seems the owner takes pleasure in denying people food.

UNE student here so I live less than a mile from this establishment . used to be to fire now it sucks wicked bad. Who closes their kitchen at 6 o clock? seems like no one wants to make money here. I wish me and my boys could run this place we’d turn it around so fast. Time to sell the Star.
