If someone could please call me back. My brother is in the hospital, my dad's vehicle has been there for few weeks. I understand life happens, I'm sorry the mechanic is not feeling well but it's urgent that we get an update of it being ready or options. I've left few voicemails, but the rescheduling and rescheduling and rescheduling, then the lack of communication is really giving me anxiety. My brother needs help and my dad won't even be able to drive him there. Is there an alternate number?

This is the best place. I moved away and still try to get my car stuff done when I'm in the area. Their prices are too good to not.I also had them weld on a trailer hitch to my 04 Ford ranger so I can use a bed extender to carry my 14 foot canoe. Incredibly affordable pricing and they seemed so proud of their work! LolThis place is a small mom and pop shop that moves at a slower pace than what we're used to in this crazy world now, but they do good work.

The only positive about Quality is that they’re cheaper than most places. I’ve used them for years because of that. But their service has been going downhill for a while. I keep bringing in my car for the same issues over and over and it’s never resolved no matter what they do. They take forever to get to the car because they’re often out of the shop. Last time, my car was just sitting there for literally over a week because nobody was there. They made up for it by doing that repair for free but the issue still hasn’t been resolved, I had to cancel a bunch of doctors’ appointments, and I’m taking my business elsewhere.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Recommended by coworker on hearing my desperation with other dealers. That was over 10 years and 3 cars ago. I’ve never been disappointed with anything they have done to my cars. They tell it like it is and fix it with skill and professionalism. The prices are always fair and honest. They are friendly and put always put you at ease. This has been the worst experience I have had at any business ever. I took my car here to get coils replaced. Should have been simple. They originally told me they could not honor my appt as the mechanic was sick but promised he would be in the next day. I heard this for three days straight (couldn't find any availability anywhere else). They finally replaced the coils. I drove to work and the lights came back on the same day and it started shifting hard again. I called them, they said bring it right in. They called the next day and said that he was sick and couldn't look at it. And now I'm stuck because I already paid them to fix it. I hear the 'can't because he is sick' for another two days. They replaced the same coils and told me the ones they first put in were defective. I drove to work, the lights came back on. Brought it back. Another three days of 'we promise we will get to it'. They told me that it would likely need a new fuel injector but did not want to replace this because 'it's too expensive and we can't afford it'. They put fuel injector cleaner in and said the 'lights when off, should be fine'. They told me that if the same problem happened again, they would fix it free of charge. About a six weeks later, the same lights come on. I call them, they said bring it on in. They then said they would charge me. I asked them to honor their word. They said they would get back to me. The next day I called 8 times throughout the day to try to get in touch with someone. They did agree to fix it free of charge. But replaced a spark plug and said 'the lights turned off, it's fine'. You guessed it, I drove to work and the lights came back on. But much worse this time. The car is shaking, the check engine light is blinking. I had to have it towed back to them. They did not call me at all, despite multiple messages. They finally said they would replace the fuel injector but could not get the part until five days later. He said he fixed it enough to drive for those few days. I went to pick it up and it didn't make it out of the parking lot before the check engine light started blinking again. I waited another three days for them to fix it. They did not call me and I had to call multiple times to figure out what was up with my car. Eventually told me it was fixed, they replaced the fuel injector. I picked it up, drove home, and the check engine light started blinking and the car started shaking. It was much worse than it ever has been. I had to have it towed a second time, to a new mechanic and will have to pay hundreds of dollars due to their incompetence.

Been to quality several times now. The reason I may not return is because I always make appointments for service a week ahead. I do this because I want to ensure my vehicle is looked at that day and fixed that same day. I need my vehicle to go back and forth to work etc. The last appointment I made with them, I did exactly what I described above. Made the appointment for one week ahead. I dropped my vehicle off the night before. Well the following day, it was about 4.00 pm and no call from them with some sort of update or to let me know my vehicle is all set and ready to go. So I call them and I'm told there bringing it in to look at it in 5 minutes and they would call me right back. Seriously! You had this vehicle all day and your just bringing it in at 4.05 pm.????? Needless to say I'm without my vehicle for 2 days for what turns out to be a minor repair. This was the second time this had happened with me personally at this shop.Bottom line here is that if someone makes an appointment they expect their vehicle to be repaired that same day unless of course it turns out to be a major repair and time may be needed for labor time and getting parts to complete the job, that's understandable.It also would have been professional on their part to apologize for the delay with an explanation but I didn't even receive that. Their are too many auto mechanic shops in Biddeford Saco and you cannot continue doing business like this and think you will remain in business as far as I'm concerned. I am disappointed with them because of this and cannot recommend them.

I have always had very good service. I have a hard time believing the bad reviews I am reading. I had another place check out my car that said it needed $1600 worth of work. Got a second opinion from Quality for $400. I had a brake line leak a day later which turned out not to have anything to do with the work they did, but they sent a tow truck to pick up my car and bring it back to the shop to check it out because they didn't want me to drive it if the brakes were acting up. Even though it was not their fault, they didn't charge me for the towing. They have always shopped around for the best prices on parts and have always gotten my car in in a timely manner whenever I needed work. My previous car needed rocker panel repair to pass inspection and they threw that in at no cost when I had the other work done there.

I'm sorry but you must understand that there are people who put negative post , don't always tell the whole story exactly. Their goal is to just be negative and that's it. If things didn't go exactly how and when they expect things they will just post that. Don't post all the previous great experiences you have had and just this one time you have a issue you post negative claims. Shame on you! Quality has been in business over 25 years!! There's a reason for that. Believe me the 99 percent of customers come back and continue to recommend them to others Fact ! We give 110 percent and we are human in some cases things don't go according to plan. I also no that in the negative post they don't mention that yes we give a gracious discount and sometimes no charge of the service !! When things don't go according to plan.So please do go to Quality. They know how to take care of you. It's the only close family run business around! Also if someone needs work of course they are going to b upset with us and say beg things. That's to only the ignorant ones you cannot talk to! Also we don't rip people of. We give a fair explained estimate.

Rude front desk and mechanics that will rip you off especially if you go in for your yearly state inspection. Stay away for your wallets sake. FYI the owner John gives himself 5 stars in a recent review. Of note, not once did I ever receive any discount or free services due to their mismanagement. I can only speak for myself but i dont expect anyone to work for free. Yes we are all human and make mistakes. Just own up to them and simply apologize to your customers with a valid explanation John. That goes along way. Being a business owner myself I would have thought that you would know how important this is for customer retention. Shame on you sir.

Their dishonest and very slow as if they are purposely trying to find everything they can nickel and dime you for. Rude front office ladies as well. Especially the older lady.
