Their dishonest and very slow as if they are purposely trying to find everything they can nickel and dime you for. Rude front office ladies as well. Especially the older lady.

I always had good service from these guys but I went in today for an inspection and they tried to rape me for a couple brake lines. I said I would do the work myself and they pretty much shoved me out the door. They wouldn't give me a copy of the estimate and didn't want to give me a return appointment. Never going back!

5 star plus auto repair - down one star (and I'm being generous) for extremely lousy attitude of front desk staff.
