While I work for Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution who owns Paquin & Carroll I still would like to share my experience over the last 25 years. They are everything that a community oriented business should be...they support community, are heavily involved in community, the staff are all individuals focused on the process of creating relationships and providing great service rather than focusing on the results of the bottom line. And, when it comes to those times when you need them they deliver. I remember having our home broken into with various things stolen and we had a claim check within days. When we needed insurance coverage for a non-profit that my wife and I are involved in they came through with one of the best solutions that we received. My relationship with P&C was in place long before S&B Savings' association with them and they perform today just as they did 25 years ago.

I have my contractor's insurance through this company. They are very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot explain how impressed I am with this agency. We had an emergency situation come up where insurance was needed urgently, and Christine and Lynnsey worked so promptly to address our needs and move the process along, as well as giving us a fantastic rate. We would not be able to close on a house without their promptness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.
