Neil's was highly recommended to us & we found out why! Driving our Kia after the work was completed was like driving it off the dealer's lot when we purchased it! No complaints. Estimates were reasonable for worked performed. Staff was great. Definitely will continue bringing our vehicles to Neil's for servicing.

Happy to have these guys locally. Very thorough. I have an older Prius and they are keeping it running for me. They told me they can even replace the hybrid batteries if it gets to that point. Pretty cool.

At neils they walked us through the repair showing video of what was wrong so we could see what we where paying for they ha b e great customer service and answered all our questions we had they even gave us a loner so I could still go about my day even tho the car was being repaired
I won't go to anyone else

So I drove my car a few hundred miles before I wrote this review. First off, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The woman at the front desk kept me up to date with the repairs and it was done on time at a fair price plus a AAA discount. I own a 2012 VW turbo beetle and finding a place that knows how to work on them correctly is extremely challenging and Neil’s knows their stuff. I had to replace my Air intake manifold, carbon clean the cylinders and new ignition coils. I think there may have been other smaller services but can’t remember. The combo new manifold and carbon cleaning has added 10MPG to my car. I will be returning and would highly recommend.

Charged me 349.99 for window replacement, after safelight quoted me 155.99. Also asked them to check my AC that they "fixed" (and charged me almost 500 dollars for) the year before only to have them charge me another 120 dollars for that. Was a loyal customer, will never go again

First time taking my VW Golf R 2019 for mount/balance new tires and 4 wheel alignment. Excellent quality job, service and shop. Great communication, knowledge and honesty are few of the qualities the staff has. We just moved in Biddeford two years ago and found the best place to care about our cars.

I have mixed feelings on this garage. I moved from NC to Maine and have been looking for a trusted garage since. I stumbled upon Neil's as they came highly recommended by some local garages. In the years of going there they never turned down work on my vw jetta tdi. But when I feel like they charged me $700.00 and all I walked away with was a battery I decided never to go back.
