I have been a patient with this practice for 22 years. I use to be able to call and get same day appointments for being in pain or sick. I called today and they can’t get me in until May 25th and told me I could go to urgent care or emergency room. What is the point of having a PCP. So done with this place

Question: What is the point of a PCP when they reschedule every appointment and are always unable to see you on an emergency basis?Answer: There isn't one. That's their whole purpose. Don't go through these people unless you have no sense of urgency, ever.
