“Chaya has been great throughout the entire experience. My fiancé and I met with her at her lovely studio, and she got us sized and discussed all the different options for the engagement ring.
She spoke openly and honestly about everything, and her warm and inviting personality made us feel very comfortable and sure that we wanted to get our rings from her.
She answered all of the questions we had asked her thoughtfully and thoroughly.
I gave her an unrealistic deadline for finishing the ring, and she was able to get it done in time anyways.
