I’m not a big review writer, but these guys are the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are always on top of getting scripts ready for pick up even before calling and are friendly and helpful even during their busiest hours. Awesome staff ?

This place sucks. My doctor sends in my script on a Tuesday. I go every single Thursday and ask for, to be told I have to wait. Again. Shocker. I even call ahead of time and it still isn’t ready. Why does this place suck so badly? It’s gone down hill in the past few years and I guess it intends to stay that way

The store isn't too bad, and the cashiers are polite, fast and pleasant.... This bad review is for the pharmacy. I've gotten my meds ordered at this pharmacy for years. Literally 35 plus years at least. The pharmacy is ludicrous, the people there are rude and slow. They get an order from my doctors office on a Tuesday!!! And it still wasn't ready at 9 am on Thursday. I sit every week and wait, even though I come, every week two days past my doctor order was sent. Yet every single week I wait in the waiting area, hen it should be ready to go. I guess I'm going to look into switching pharmacies. I can't wait til the next day, because then my Insurnace won't pay for it. It's absolutely absurd how this place is run. Not customer oriented at all, and just plain rude. I wrote this entire review sitting waiting for my meds to be ready even thought my doctor sent them in on Tuesday..... help me understand why this place has become so terrible.

By far the worst pharmacy I've been to. everything takes days longer than it should, I've never experienced a pharmacy so slow. Have been here to pick up meds quite a few times and every time I've left increasingly more disappointed. Chose this pharmacy because I thought it would be convenient because I go to Hannaford often for groceries, however it's turned to be a bigger inconvenience than ever. Will be switching to a different pharmacy, and I recommend you do the same, or go somewhere else before trying this one to begin with.

Always there for me, medication's are on time when they say it will be. They care about what you are taking and always makes sure that if you have someone else pick up your meds they ID them to make sure it's the person you tell them that is picking it up.

Hannaford Gray pharmacist is on a power trip. He refused to fill a script my doctor called in. This was for Covid treatment not "drugs." I asked him to fill it and he refused, then very snottily said he wasn't going to argue with me. No explanation. Apparently, this was him, because the Walgreeen's pharmacist was more than happy to fill it. I'm a client and a patient. He is supposed to be a medical "professional." He was anything but professional. If he didn't want to fill it he should have discussed it with my doctor. And why would he think no explanation was necessary. Due to glitches in systems and time taken to reach my doctor and other pharmacy, I spent 3.5 hours on the phone, my anxiety worsened by his heavy-handed behavior. He does not know my medical history or the reasons behind this decision made after discussion with my family doctor. I'll be removing the other prescription I have there and will not use them again. Cruel and unnecessary treatment of someone who is sick and frightened of worsening of an underlying chronic condition. If I knew his name I'd be posting it.

This Hannaford is actually a nice store overall, but I must have wasted at least $100 on rotted meat here over the year. I literally just threw $12 in the trash. Well, more specifically $12 of chicken wings that said to use by today, but when opened, was completely rotten, slimy, the whole kitchen stinks just from opening it. So, that money is just gone. I've also bought ground turkey where the plastic was actually almost ready to pop from the gasses released from the rotten meat (that was a nice smell too when opened). Rotten chicken breast, thigh, all used by or under the date posted on the outsides. The only thing that sucks more than spending tons of money on groceries is spending it on nothing because you have to throw it away. Maybe I should bring the rotted, stinky meat back in to get a refund, but that seems crazy. This would otherwise be my go-to store, but now we're going to start hitting the Whole Foods in Portland or the Farmer's Market or something. Get your s*** together, Hanny!!!

MOLDY Taste of Inspirations Thai Coconut Curry Hummus. Perhaps it was my fault for not looking closely enough at the expiration date before purchasing but this was expired by a month and a half (purchased on 12/12, expired on 10/30). Employee at service counter was very helpful with returning this. I literally almost ate mold. Staff needs to pay closer attention to things like this to avoid it in the future.

Worst service ever. Medicine not covered under plan here but covered at CVS Pharmacy. Doesn't make any sense....maybe they dont know what they're doing. A manager might be helpful.

The Millcreek group is amazing! Jaime, Rachel and William standout for helpfulness! I love dealing with them! There is one older gentleman who seems to want to just get rid of you to move on to the next customer and is just not helpful at all. Every question I asked was answered by "You need to ask your doctor", when actually the issue had nothing to do with the doctor but Jaime and William backed up the problem and were 100% helpful!
