Went to donate some items and had never done it before, was hoping for some friendly guidance and instead received quite bit of attitude because I’m not a professional at donating at Goodwill and didn’t know how the process works. Sorry my presence annoyed you, next time I’ll donate to people who have a little gratitude.
Remember that not everyone is employed by the place that you work at, so not everyone knows exactly how things operate.

if i could give zero stars i would. went in to grab a few pairs of shorts quickly. my daughter wanted to try them on. after ringing the bell for the fitting room FOUR times (waiting over 15 minutes) i went and asked the woman at the front if she could have someone come and open the door. she went on the radio and asked someone to come and they said they would, we went back to the fitting room and waited another ten minutes and no one came. so we left. pretty ridiculous and careless staff. won’t be back to this location.

I could not belive their prices. They were asking $4.00 for a plastic cup. This very same cup, you can get at Walmart for .50. Very rarely could you find anything in housewares under $4.00. Even a single spoon was priced at $4.00. It seems it was too hard for them to think of a reasonable price for anything.

Biddeford Goodwill is a fun place to shop but is not handicapped friendly. The men receiving donations won't help you at all even if you are handicapped. They act like you are giving them dirty diapers and I think they hate their jobs. Handicapped parking is not near the store. There are no riding carts and only one wheelchair with no basket. The doors are not automatic. Customers can't use the bathroom. I had to fall on the floor to look at records and wait for a kind man to pick me up. There are only small shopping carts making it impossible to do buy two bags get one free without using two carts - difficult for an able bodied person and a real strain for someone who can't walk very well. Heavy things should not be on a top shelf. I don't think anyone has ever looked at the store through the eyes of a crippled or differently abled person. Still, it is a fun place with good bargains and the instore workers are very friendly.

I won't be donating any longer to Goodwill. I will be seeking out other organizations that are within the area. My recent experience was the final straw. The employees are always unhappy and rude. They never smile or greet you with a hello. I would rather donate my items to those in need at another organization or put them out on the side of the street for free than deal with the unpleasant environment they curate.

Prices were decent and although this is the smallest goodwill I've ever seen, they were superrrrr organized. We hit 3 Goodwill's in a weekend, this was the only one that had no paper or anything to wrap glassware with. Cashier was very off-putting and not helpful.

I can't believe how spot on some of these reviews are. There are some very hot headed and rude employees and as stated below the lady who did a return today was unbelievable

This Goodwill might as well just close and let another organization like Salvation Army come in who can actually operate a drop off program. The hours of this place for drop off change weekly. And then in between that they suddenly "temporarily close" for drop off. What the heck!!! Either you're a drop off for donations or you're not. But this reckless scheduling process you have is ridiculous. I'm giving up on your organization.

I have visited other Goodwill stores and I thought this one was very organized and did a good job of selling quality merchandise. Even the men's clothing I looked through had a better selection. I was looking for clothes that I would use for outdoor work that I would not mind getting dirty since I didn't pay full price for them. The coffee ☕ mugs had there own organized section. Beanie Babies had a section separate from the stuffed animals. If you see ? something that interests you, you may want to buy it immediately! I looked at a toy dinosaur ? for my son. I came back ? and it was gone.New items are also available. They even sell local honey ? and maple ? syrup. My only issue was with the associates who worked there. They are not very friendly. The associate who rang up my order never smiled and had an unfriendly look on her face. I did read a few of the other Google Maps reviews and complaints of the service were mentioned.Donations are accepted on the side of the building. In spite of the service, I will recommend this Goodwill.

Some of their prices seem to be a bit high for a Goodwill store.

Smaller store, same staffing issues that most of the down east coast has lately. Very tidy and well kept.

Paid with cash, medium stry short; I went to return two flannel shirts that I paid for in cash. They gave me a gift card for the return. I was respectful as well. I ask why she said I should have read the back of the receipt
