They are robbing people and scamming people, double charging for gas and claiming negligence

It came to my knowledge last year that the owner charges $.50 processing fee for purchases made with a card under five dollars. It just so happens. This is illegal in the state of Maine. And has been since I believe 2018. I’m not sure but it’s been a few years.I notified the establishment, and I was ignored. And I was banned from the store for a while.I always use cash when I go in, only my card when I have to, and I don’t go in often anyways, because everything is drastically over priced. Also, I do not bring my children into this store, because drug paraphernalia is in plain sight right near the register.

Don't go here. The whole location and people are sketchy like your in a crack head filled store front. But worst of all, they rip you off BIG TIME! Gas is 7$ a gallon, where every other shell station, like right down the street, is 4$. Only reason for this is so the Crack heads can afford more crack. Poor buisiness practices here.

INTENTIONALLY OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS? My partner and I went here today (and a few times this past week). The pump was either malfunctioning or configured to charge for premium gas when we chose regular gas. We were therefore overcharged by about $1.50 per gallon. We pointed it out to the lady working there--who immediately said there was nothing she could do. (We realized the same thing had likely happened to us earlier in the week, when we noticed we had received very little gas for a lot of money, though the sign said pretty good gas prices.) We left, thought about it, called back and asked for the manager. The lady said she was the manager and that, again, there was nothing she would or could do about it. We asked to speak to the owner. She hung up on us. We called back, and she screamed at us and said she would call the police on us. So, here we are. We've since called in to report the behavior, so that there is a record of what the station seems, at worst interpretation, to be doing: fraudulently manipulating the pumps and then aggressing customers who point it out/hold the station accountable. We'll call the Better Business Bureau tomorrow, and chat with the city as well. If our worst fear is true: Why choose agression and intimidation instead of legal, ethical business practices to get money? Our most generous interpretation: Why not refund honest customers who pointed out a potential malfunction? Why aggress them and intimidate them when they simply ask for you to be honest and transparent? Either way, not a good look for this business. We mentioned the incident to local friends, and they told us of some incident this summer with the place. Apparently they refused to get a malfunctioning pump fixed that was beeping loudly and non-stop, keeping all the neighbors awake for a month. They said they refused to spend the $100-or-so to get the pump fixed--until the city got involved and forced them to fix it. What a horrible place! Save yourself the aggression, the trouble of being scammed, and pay the 5 cents per gallon more elsewhere so that you don't, in the end, really pay $1.50 more a gallon here!!

They sell broken products .went to return it 2 hours later( discovered it didn't work after I charged it) and I couldn't.(no returns)they also didn't have the number of the company to direct me too . So they sell products that are broken that you cannot return nor do they know a number that you can contact to return the product
