This is the second time I have picked up a script with days of medication missing. When I talk to the pharmacy they claim it was counted correctly. It is humiliating! I always count my medication. I suggest everyone do so. They would not correct the error, claiming photos are taken. The count was wrong. Take accountability, please.

I’ve been waiting for a prescription that’s been out of stock. I was told to call once a week to check if they have it. Well I was told on my last phone call they had it and refused to let me have it. Now I’ve been a customer for years , why did they refuse me? Were they keeping it for someone they knew personally? Not good business and I was not happy! So I called Walmart ( I’ve never had a prescription there). But they had it and filled it for me. Why did they treat me in such a dispicable way??? Not impressed CVS in Biddeford

When ever I go into the store with my ole man I'm watched closely by Kimberly I let her slide when she asked me to pay for the forecaster . I rarely get out due to illness but I use a big purse so I'm getting watched and this company has made thousands from him . He appreciates all the other employees they know him first hand it's just her and it's not fair to me.... Do better

After lengthy automated questions and wanting to speak with pharmacy to release filled prescriptions so that they can be filled at another CVS, received objections by pharmacy. When I repeatededly asked to have the prescriptions released, I was hung up on.

Was told my prescription wouldn’t be ready till 6. Pharmacy decided to close at 6 instead of 8 as advertised. Now I’m denied my medication.

I am vacationing in Maine. Last night I realized that I had forgotten to bring 2 anti-depressant drugs from home. I phoned CVS in Biddeford and they supplied me with some pills.

Sick of this place .and it's been happening for months. They make me wait til the day I need my medication can't let them know the day before just in case they have to order it. Like this time .and I call today now I have to wait til Monday because their customer service sucks and they could've looked up the med yesterday and realized they had to order it. Oh no that's to much work. Your just as bad as Walgreens.. good way to treat your customers!!!

We found the store very clean & well stocked. The new signage was especially helpful while browsing the store. The manager was very pleasant to talk to.
