Worst customer experience and service... I stopped to get a cpl things and I'm at the the counter..and I asked the employee which was a man what size a rolling paper was and he kept saying same thing . I asked if they was the large ones ..but I kept referring back to that's what we have .. I'm like look. And it ended being an argument because he didn't want to help the customer..I THOUGHT THAT WAS HIS JOB CUSTOMER SERVICE HMMM.. MAYBE HE NEEDS MORE TRAINING..WHEN A CUSTOMER ASKS WHAT SOMETHING IS OVER AND OVER DONT GIVE THEM CRAP... AND SAME THING GOES FOR THE WOMEN WORKING TOO.. SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HALF THE CONVERSATION AND SHE WAS RUDE TOO... I GO TO THIS STORE SEVERAL DAYS A WEEK SPEND LOTS OF MONEY HERE.. NOW I'M DONE GOING HERE.. NOT GONNA BE TREATED LIKE DIRT AND EMPLOYEES THINK THEY CAN DO WHAT THE HECK THEY WANT.. ILL GO TO A STORE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.... TIME TO RETRAIN THE 2 PEOPLE WORKING RIGHT NOW...

I've always been to cumberland farm at 564 Alfred St biddeford and not what so ever had a problem with the cashiers or service some of these comments on here people should look back on themselves when they do it to the cashiers or anyone that in the store so no its not anyone fault that behind the register so have a great day

The lady who had closing shift on 02/03/2024 had the worst customer service I've ever seen. She was completely rude and said she simply had enough from working all day. My friend needed the bathroom and she rudely denied her even tho my friend has a sensitive bladder. I asked her if I had time to buy a drink and she said I had two seconds rudely. Also yelled at another gentleman that he wasn't allowed to buy a beer when he honestly wasn't rude or deserved it. And as we all walked out the door she flipped us off and locked the door as we told her what great customer service she represented for this company.

My parents stopped there on the way to my house. They are not very good with gas pumps. lol Having trouble my mom went into store a woman named Penny came out helped my dad and pumped the gas for my dad. Old fashion service WAY TO GO !!

I was greeted when I came in. Everyone was very nice to me. The store also was clean. It was nice to go to a store that appreciated you.

I came here Christmas morning because a lot of places aren't working. (Which is fine they should be with families) but Cumberland farms is open. He had a sign saying "be back at 6:00) well it was 7. And there was someone there and they said they aren't opening till 8. Not sure why someone is there cannot open and they had their hours wrong. Horrible customer service.

Passing through the area and stopped there for food and drinks. Penny waited on us and was the most pleasant person who has ever waited on us. She made our pizza perfectly and I will stop there each time I go through there again.

Cash only for gas or food. Just skip them and go to the Circle K down the road.

Penny is definitely a leader, she's a friendly, professional manager with a great attitude while managing her crew & clients-she was very helpful resolving an issue. The store was clean, prices & selections are also great.
