She is always pleasant, even under pressure and even when working all by herself, covering the phones and the counter and filling prescriptions. I go out of my way just to pick up from this location because the customer service here vs Sanford CVS is night and day. I have never had a single bad experience with any of the employees in the Biddeford pharmacy and I have been picking up there for years. Thank you so much to all of you for your empathy and kindness. Some of your customers really need that at a time when they are going through difficult times with illness/mental struggles. It means a lot.”

“This is my typical spot to get gas for my car. Being that it is located right off exit 32 (Biddeford), it makes it convenient for many. There are PLENTY of gas pumps, though it can get busy depending on the time that you go. However, since they are equipped with numerous gas pumps, the wait is pretty minor. They always have low-priced gas as well, so that is certainly a perk. There is a convenient store located at this location. I have been a couple of times and it's well stocked with various convenient store needs. There is also a Subway located inside. I will definitely continue visiting this Irving!”

“The old Rite Aid at Five Points in Biddeford is now a Walgreens. Honestly, not much has changed other than the usual thing of moving everything around so that you have to search the entire store to find what you're looking for. But even if it was still a Rite-Aid, they liked to rearrange the place every few years just to keep the customers guessing. It's still the same people in the pharmacy and that's what brings me to the store.”
