Halfway up to my vacation and my battery died and I needed help. I found AutoZone, they helped me diagnose a battery problem, replace the battery, and then Mike proceeded to make sure my alternator was working. I can’t say enough kind things about this establishment, and the people who run it, And Mike thank you you’re a lifesaver!

Refused to test my starter for me. They said it was bad by looking at it. It wasn’t but thanks won’t be back here. Laziness is breaking records these days. Fix your ways of doing customer service. It saves customers headaches replacing unnecessary parts. You claim you tests starters for free and it only takes 5 minutes…

The lone employee (David?) working on Christmas eve explained the issue to me and that the low oil level may have caused the sensor code. I added oil and he was nice enough to change the sensor for me. It likely would have gone bad soon anyway. Got me back on the road quick. Thank you so much!

Customers are fantastic I loved everyone I serviced but as for the corporate they are overbearing and inconsiderate asking us to sell things people don't need to them just to make a score on there sales board it's corrupt because if you don't and give customers what they want and need not what corporate wants you to sell them they put you in a video call and tear you down it's a very low paying job hiring drivers and red shirts at 14.50 an hour and mangers of parts and sales at 15.50 they have no pride in there employees or show them any appreciation Jim there employee is rude to customers often telling people we dont have something when we do belittling people for not knowing about there cars as a mechanic of 10 years I understand not everyone knows about there car Scott there district manager lacks empathy for his management and staff treating them like there expendable and like dirt when they do there best just in this economy it isn't always possible for people to buy more I work two jobs this being my second I was talked down to called stupid and insulted by Jim as well if you have to come there I'd try to speak with will or Zack they will at least be real with you about what your getting and buying but I just as a inside info to anyone coming there know the name of the game is sales there be careful with your money it's not easy to come by and stuff can be found cheaper

Went in this morning with battery issues…William was fantastic! He checked the battery, described what he found with a system check, and gave me some helpful suggestions. He never rushed me, was very polite the entire time. I’m traveling in Maine currently, and cannot say enough that you just don’t always see this level of service. It really does matter, just wanted to say thanks to William one more time?

Friendy, knowledgeable & Great customer service over the phone & in person. spoke with Trevor on the phone a few days ago when calling about my headlight & he was there yesterday when I went in. He was very willing to advise & help out. ?
