“I'll start out by saying I'm very particular about maintenance done on my vehicles. The bad:
-you have no choice of oil filter, you can't even keep the one already installed. Theirs is only rated for about 7k. So in effect it could be a downgrade to your oil system.
- Although petty, I gave instruction how to remove skid plate, but it was never removed. Even though oil can be drained without removal, Ford recommends its removal as oil WILL drain onto it as draining tapers down. They could have told me skid plate wouldn't be removed while I was giving instructions.
The GOOD:
- The manager and employees were extremely professional
-The shop looked clean and very organized
- After my oil change I did check everything over, all components, dipstick, filler cap, mud panels for filter, were all securely re-installed. The skid plate and oil drain plug were wiped down very well.
- Would I go back again? YES, without reservation. Price very reasonable, and you do have options for oil manufacturer.

“Saw the reviews online, used to go to Byrons's before they closed down. Needed a new Garage. Mike was pleasant and I brought my car in for an inspection sticker, he was booked out about two weeks which was a good sign. I got a sticker and Mike brought me over to the lift and mentioned something that I might want to keep an eye on, and down the road could look to get replaced. Will definitely be back, seemed very trustworthy and not looking to Charge for unneeded items. Seems to be a busy guy, wasn't able to get a hold of on the phone so I drove down and physically stopped in to make an appointment. Will be back.”

“My SUV was in rough shape, the tailpipe rusted off. I already bought the tailpipe replacement elsewhere, but it ended up being the wrong year. There were many other concerns appearing in the process. He supportively and understandingly worked through all these unfortunate discoveries. He called with updates and offered me options of what could be done & estimated costs, all while kindly addressing my questions/concerns. When I decided to replace parts, he ordered and installed the new parts very quickly. He explain damage, and give me options of what could be done to replace it, or to give a temporary fix. He talked with the local shop of the franchise I ordered the wrong part from and help me get a refund (even after the refund date). He even helped me out with something that was recently put on loosely by another shop, and warned me to go back to them to take a look, even offering for them to call him if they had any questions or problems.
On top of everything, he was very friendly and welcoming, and extremely helpful. And after everything that was fixed/replaced, the total cost was very reasonable and still affordable - and it was all finished within 1-2 days.
Now the underneath sounds and looks so good it almost doesn’t match the rest of the ride! I will definitely go back to this shop the next time something unfortunate happens.”

The person ahead of me failed their inspection and the owner was extremely kind and positive while explaining and supporting this customer and just making sure that they can safely drive. I passed my inspection and was out of there very quickly. I also learned that this business has been passed on for generations…something special that is becoming less and less common these days.”
“Just had brakes done at Biddeford Jiffy Lube. Same as everywhere else it was pricey, but standard for today's world. Nice waiting area with Mythbusters on TV. Brakes feel a lot better now and the vehicle definitely stops faster. The crew here are fantastic and really nice people. I would come here again”

“I was hours from home and had a low tire pressure alert come up on my dash. I filled the tire in question with the compressor I had in my vehicle but wanted to get the tire checked before the rest of my long trip home. Called VIP and they got me right in (on a Saturday). Turns out it was just a leaky valve stem. They got me fixed up and on my way; no charge. Thankful!”
