This review is a long time over due. After dealing with many shady car dealers, Bethel Auto Sales and its people were a breath of fresh air. They're hard working and HONEST. The owner went above and beyond when I needed help. They stand behind their work and wouldn't screw anybody over. You can shop with ease here and know you'll get your money's worth. A big thank you for helping my family.

Very sketchy and shady dealership. I have had nothing but issues with them since the start. The first week of owning my truck I had to bring it back so they could fix several issues. While owning the truck I had found several cover up jobs and I had caught multiple lies from the sales advertisement. 2 years later I'm back in contact with them over their poorly ran operation. They never sent their copy of the application for a title to the state. So now I've been waiting weeks on a title and have a truck that I can't get rid of. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Extremely helpful team here! I thought I was going to out another $4k into repairs on my car, and with poor credit didn't have many options for a new one. Nick was somehow able to get me approved and out of my old car loan, into a beautiful BMW in immaculate condition!!! Had one issue that was fault of the previous owner and Nick traveled an hour away to come fix it for me the day I noticed it!!! Couldn't ask for better service! Thank you for going above and beyond Nick!!!

Stopped in on our way through Bethel when the automatic open/close mechanism on my Rav 4 broke. The hatch wouldn't close all the way and were hoping to get some help getting it closed. The great guy at the desk was able to remove the damaged part and didnt charge us even though we were more than willing to compensate him for his work. Much appreciated!

I bought a vehicle from them. I crawled under to see it best I could, but couldn’t see all the bad without it under a lift. The frame was super rusty, almost non passable for a sticker, but passible past their 30 day guarantee. The car also needed a new radiator, but I couldn’t tell when I bought it because it was power washed clean enough so you couldn’t see the leak. Then I look at the paperwork and they didn’t use my full legal name and didn’t put my birthday on the title. So now I get to play that game with the state. Guy seems nice, but the whole experience was bad. Batteries were dead and had flats on two cars when we went to test drive. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This place is terrible. They didn't put my wife or my birthday on the title and didn't even use my full legal name. They cleaned the radiator extremely well, so that the leak was hidden until after I bought it. The rust underneath where I couldn't see it until it was on a lift was extremely bad. I had to have my mechanic remove it and weld reinforcement on the frame to make it last. The front guy seems nice, but just a horrible experience. When you show up to a dealer and a car is dead and two cars have flat tires, listen to the warning signs and just walk away.

I purchased a 2013 Silvarado from this dealership. The next day, the driver's side door wouldn't close. I was told by the salesman that if I got it fixed I would be reimbursed. After weeks of waiting and calling, the dealer reimbursed only the parts. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Made an appointment to see a vehicle, drove 2 1/2 hours and no one was there that could answer any questions about the vehicle.??? They could've saved me the drive and said they weren't going to be there!
