“Made themselves available to check the tire pressure on my class c rv the same day I called in. They informed me that the parts (valve extenders/soft stem pressure gauge) I was instructed to purchase from camping world were not at all what I needed and gave me an easier/faster/less expensive solution. The gentleman helping me took the time to show me how to get to the valve stem on the interior dually tire (again debunking the info I got from camping world). Felt like they really cared and were genuinely helpful. In and out in 20 minutes.”
“I came to this location for my state inspection in early June. They have a nice waiting room where I was able to sit and do some reading while waiting for the work to get done. They kept me up to date with the status of my car and laid out the required work for me. They even showed me the broken part that had to be replaced.”

“My husband purchased tires from VIP a few months back. Big selection with good prices. The tires were an excellent price and handled great(front wheel drive) in the snow. So time for me to replace my Michelins that were purchased 3 yrs ago after the dealer that services my vehicle told me the tires had dry rot...so I called VIP to make an appointment to discuss new tires and after arriving, Mark checked out my tires and told me they are fine... Michelin put out information when customers were noticing dry rot on their tires but it was just a top spray coat that was compromised. Not often do you run into a shop of knowledgeable people who actually help save you money and because of that...now, life time customers...not to mention the greeting we received when we came in!”
“It's a weird place ?? , but the big guy who inspected my car was awesome, very friendly, i walked in and asked for inspection. I don't have to make any appointments at all. The only problem at this place was that they overcharged me, and I had to wait for the manager to come back about 45 mins to get my money back.”

Last month a punctured a tire with a medal rake on a Saturday and Scott (who is great!) got me in at the last minute, right before they were closing to get me a new tire so I could get to work the next day. “I was in Rochester and my car broke down about 5 min away from this dealership so I decided to see if they could help me out and to my surprise the owner Jason was more than helpful he drove back to my car and did a little diagnostic and he found the problem towed me back to his shop fixed the issue and I was on my way it took about 15 min total and he never charged me a dime so I tried to give him 50.00 but he refused said to just think of using him as my mechanicOr if I need a new used car well I am from the hooksett area and I will be taking the ride whenever I need work done thanks again Jay you are a solid guy”

“Great service a business that cares about their customers. I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler she’s old and tired. I got stranded with my 5 year old rear breaks locked up. Called after business hours on the off chance someone was available to help me and the owner himself answered. Not only did he personally come to get my Jeep back to the shop he had his wife to bring me and my daughter home. The repairs were done quickly and affordably priced.
