  Cost has increased a lot but in all honesty, I have not compared recently to other places. They may have increased as well. Buildings were always clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, but were never around like they were when we first rented, even during what the sign showed for open hours.

  The call center was nice, professional and easy to communicate with, very helpful!! Then onsite I had the same experience, so nice and kind and easy to work with; all sides have been a great experience!! I would recommend this company and the Berwick, ME site in a heartbeat!
