They stumbled out of the gate by passing an obvious "defect" during inspection. Bare minimum coverage plan, which ended up being half what they originally told me. No room for negotiation on price, which IMO was totally justified given the problems with the car. The one good aspect was the car interior was very clean. But it's not a good feeling to lose faith in a used car, which is what has happened. Hopefully I'll get some miles out of this car before a major failure. My experience so far makes me think they didn't do much of anything to prep the car for sale. I would not buy another car from them, unless it had been thoroughly inspected by another mechanic. Cannot recommend
