“Great place to do business with. Nice people there. Only drawback was it took 5 mos to schedule an appointment. They said they were trying to hire more help but it just wasn't happening. Repair took 2 days as they stated that included painting too. Maybe the wait time for an appt isn't so long now. I would definitely go back there.”

“I tried to get my oil change at Walmart in Waterville. Terrible experience, they said they couldn't get the filter off. Waste of time going down and back. I then went to Powers and they scheduled an oil change. I told them the filter was stuck (and crushed) by Walmart. They smiled and said no problem. Ivan or Eian (sp) was the machanic. Simple! Oil and filter changed. They have done major fluid changes on my other trucks...will go to them first next time. Thank you Mr Mechanic Even, Iven or whatever your name is (sorry, can spell!!!). Shame on me for not using local business first especially when they offer better service.”

“This is a great place to buy necessary auto replacement parts. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me to avoid unnecessary costs in repairs to my vehicle. They could have easily sold me parts to make sales, but they didn't. Their honesty may have cost them $5, but it has guaranteed them future business. I have the responsibility of maintaining 6 vehicles for myself and family. They have gained my trust and I will shop there for all my vehicles needs. And they are open until 9pm... Huge selling point. I get out of work after 8. I can buy what I need and not have to wait until a day off which isn't always easy. Cannot give enough praise for this location. They went out of their way to pick up a part for me at another location rather than just send me there. Best customer service in this field.”
“Not from the area, was stuck in the area due to the accident. They were completely understanding of my situation and kept me up to date by calling me and informing me of the timeline the car could get completed. Since everything is back ordered, everything was very up in the air. They worked on my car promptly and just look at that quality of work. So that’s just exterior but the quality of the car? Perfect. Drives like it did when I first got it. The day after I received the car, I drove it 9 hours straight. Stopping for gas but 9 hours straight, no probs. It’s been a couple weeks since and I’ve been driving the car out and about and still. Perfect. They detailed my car to perfection as well. Ignore the previous bad reviews. If this doesn’t prove they do quality work with quality service, idk what. Also. Meet the owner’s furbaby, Fender. ?”

“I purchased a 2009 Audi A3 in April of 2021 as my son's first car. Unfortunately the car has had a host of issues: 1. Failed rear wiper motor, 2. Failed rear driver side door latch, 3. Oil Leaks (3 so far), 4. Failed Driver's Power Seat adjustment switches, 5. Failed Heater Blower, 6 Failed Alternator Belt, 7. Failed Ignition Coils. 8. Failed Manifold exhaust damper, 9. Unable to reset check engine light. 10. Broken windshield washer filler pipe. 11. Car loses anti-freeze and we are unable to figure out why.Those are the ones I can remember. As you might imagine, the experience has been quite frustrating given the car only had 69K when purchased. With all this said, Eric, the owner, has been great to work with. As stated in other reviews he is very honest and very fair. He has given me discounts on parts and labor and even taken full responsibility to cover the costs for some of these repairs. He did not need to do that, but did it because it was the right thing to do. That's how Eric operates.I would recommend buying a car from him. The service he provides is worth its weight in gold. There are so many other dealers that would have not supported me the way he has and for that reason I give his business 4 stars. Go to Euro-k. You won't regret it.”
