He went out of his way to let me test drive a Rav4 and even the Rav I wanted to buy. He had all the paperwork ready and explained everything. About two days after I bought the Rav I have a question about the mode functions. So, I sent him a text and within a few minutes he responded with an answer. “This is a great place to buy necessary auto replacement parts. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me to avoid unnecessary costs in repairs to my vehicle. They could have easily sold me parts to make sales, but they didn't. Their honesty may have cost them $5, but it has guaranteed them future business. I have the responsibility of maintaining 6 vehicles for myself and family. They have gained my trust and I will shop there for all my vehicles needs. And they are open until 9pm... Huge selling point. I get out of work after 8. I can buy what I need and not have to wait until a day off which isn't always easy. Cannot give enough praise for this location. They went out of their way to pick up a part for me at another location rather than just send me there. Best customer service in this field.”
