I can usually get last minute items but even though the staff is amazing there seems to be is a shortage of help and it's obvious to see because the isles are not clear enough to get through with boxes in almost every lane and items on the floor to trip over. I want to be clear that the staff is awesome when I ask for something, I can find most of what I need. I expect to pay a little more being the only store for those things for at least 15 min for for some things convince us worth it.

The store itself is ok, but they have a horrible time keeping employees and most of the ones they currently have are not the best. The lady we had made an error. I discovered it and pointed it out and she had to do a return to get me my money back and she puts as the reason for return "did not want" when in fact she forgot to void out her error. She was also rude, dismissive, and lacked in customer service skills

Yesterday they let my wife in to buy things in the middle of a remodel she came home irritated about the fact that they didn't shut the store down I went in today to buy things they didn't let me in the store due to the remodel get your s*** together
